Our team will complete an initial check of your bike on arrival in order to assess any immediate issues. If any further major issues are found while servicing, we will contact you by email or by phone to agree a correct course of action before proceeding.
Safety Check
Perfect for a bike that hasn't been used in a while, or a new bike you've ordered online and built yourself.
We check the brakes, gears, tyres, and all other safety critical components on the bike to ensure it's safe to ride.
We can also recommend any preventative fixes that may be required, to ensure your bike keeps working properly as long as possible.
Parts will be added to the cost of service.
Standard Service
We check the brakes, gears, and tyres, as well as torquing bolts and checking bearings.
Wear parts such as cables, chains, and brake pads will be replaced if necessary.
Parts will be added to the cost of service.
Gold Service
We check every part of the bike, down to the bearings, frame and forks.
Any worn parts such as cables, chains, and brake pads will be replaced if necessary.
Parts will be added to the cost of service.
